日本国内配送 出荷スケジュール：
2026年1月1日の元日を除き、通常通り、14時30分までのご注文・ご入金で、日本国内宛は倉庫に自動連携のうえ、当日発送致します。
ご注文時点で倉庫に自動連携され、またカスタマーサポートは対応をお休みしているため、住所変更やキャンセル等は承れません。
あらかじめご了承のうえ、注文確認画面で入力内容に相違が無いかお確かめください。
ただし、住所が正しく入力されず、倉庫でエラーになった場合は、自動出荷することができず、2026年1月5日以降の発送対応となります。
また、年末年始期間は配送会社の都合により、通常よりもお届けに時間がかかる場合がございます。ご了承ください。
海外配送 出荷スケジュール：
2025年12月26日～2026年1月6日の期間、輸出の出荷はお休みします。
2026年1月7日以降、順次発送いたします。
カスタマーサポート：
2025年12月26日～2026年1月5日の期間、対応をお休みします。
※国内配送の出荷処理は自動で行われます
Domestic Shipping (Japan) – Dispatch Schedule:
Except for January 1, 2026 (New Year’s Day), orders and payments confirmed by 2:30 PM (JST) will be automatically linked to our warehouse system and shipped on the same business day as usual for destinations within Japan.
As orders are automatically transmitted to the warehouse immediately after being placed, and customer support will be unavailable during this period, we are unable to accept any requests for address changes, cancellations, or modifications after an order is completed.
Please review your order details carefully on the order confirmation screen before placing your order.
However, if the shipping address is entered incorrectly and results in an error at the warehouse, automatic shipment cannot be processed, and the order will be shipped on or after January 5, 2026.
Please also note that during the year-end and New Year holiday period, delivery may take longer than usual due to circumstances of the shipping carriers. Thank you for your understanding.
International Shipping – Dispatch Schedule:
International shipments will be suspended during the period from December 26, 2025 to January 6, 2026.
Shipping will resume sequentially from January 7, 2026 onward.
Customer Support:
Customer support will be unavailable from December 26, 2025 to January 5, 2026.
Please note that domestic shipping orders will continue to be processed automatically.
